Here are three major factors when choosing a new look: 1) Your Skin Color AND Tones When it comes to choosing a hair color, an experienced colorist will look at the color of your skin AND the underlying tones. Some skin has too warm a tone to suit blonde hair, some skin is so pale that any hair colour darker than light brown results in a vampire look and red hair atop a face prone to blotchiness will bring those red patches and pimples into the spotlight. Be honest with yourself in terms of maintenance too.
